I haven’t been posting many of my finished objects, so here’s one. The pattern is the Merino Stripes Eyelet Ribbon Tam from Crystal Palace Yarn. Notice the absence of both the stripes and the ribbon. I loved the pattern’s texture and taking out all the added embellishments seem to work better.
My legs are still awfully sore from the London Flickr dusk to dawn shoot and I still need to get through my photos. Becoming very very unhappy with my D70, not sure if it’s my laptop screen, but the colours I’m getting for my photos are a tad duller than what I would expect, even at the right exposure.
In any case here are some photos from Cambridge, photos include Henry VIII’s organ from King’s College and the amazing vaulted ceiling.
