It’s easy to forget how gorgeous Sydney is on a sunny Winter’s day. Wondered off to join other SPB do the Coogee to Maroubra walk on Saturday and rediscovered my love for my 60mm lens all over again.
Had afternoon tea at the Victoria Room this afternoon. Still think QVB is more atmospheric, and I would love to give the Sofitel’s menu a good chance, but the Victoria Room does have its own charm. It was incredibly cosy inside, positively 19th century with its dark walls, rugs and stuffed armchairs. It was also incredibly dark, to the point where I could barely see the sparkly sprinkles on my mini cupcake until someone pointed it out to me.
